We want you to love your KX Pilates merchandise and we have set out a fair refunds/returns policy. Please read the below carefully to process returns and refunds.

KX Pilates has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for an exchange or refund. 

If 30 days have passed since you have received your order, you may still return your items and a store credit will be provided in the form of a Gift Card. 

We do not offer returns, exchanges or Gift Cards if it has been more than 60 days since you received your items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once you complete the instructions in the portal, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. When returning the items to us, please use a trackable postage method as we cannot be held liable for returns lost in the post. KX Pilates is not liable for the cost of the return postage.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this instance, please email our friendly customer service team via shop@kx.com.au with your order number and images of the issues.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
