SHIPPING INFORMATION

• To ensure your KX goods get you, we partner with DHL Express and Australia Post as our reliable carriers of choice for all shipping options.
  
  
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will be provided with a tracking number via the email you purchased your order with.
  
  
• Shipping costs for all orders are calculated based on weight and destination location. We ship from Tullamarine, Australia. 
  
  PROCESSING TIMES 
• All online orders are processed Monday – Friday excluding Public Holidays.
  
  
• Orders placed after 12 pm local time will be received into the Warehouses the following business day.
  
  
• We do our very best to process all orders within 3 business days, however during busy periods, this may take up to 5 business days.
  
  CUSTOMS & TAXES 

• International orders may incur custom and duties taxes.
